These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the SkroP mobile application (“the App”) provided by Makho Osadze (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
SkroP is a personal medication reminder tool. It helps you schedule reminders, track doses, and view adherence-related information on your device.
SkroP is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow the instructions of a qualified healthcare professional. Do not ignore professional advice because of something you see in the App. If you think you may have a medical emergency, seek emergency care immediately.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
The App’s name, branding, and content are owned by Makho Osadze or its licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of the App.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, missed doses, or health outcomes arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App.
Your use of the App is also described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms or the App from time to time. We may also stop offering the App. If you do not agree with updated Terms, stop using the App and uninstall it.
